Working in the ER, I saw firsthand how fragile health can be and how quickly life can change. That experience shaped the way I view medicine. It taught me that prevention, optimization, and listening to your body are important.

After transitioning to a wellness clinic, I saw something powerful: when used thoughtfully and under proper medical guidance, these therapies weren’t just “trendy,” they were life-enhancing. Patients felt clearer, stronger, more energized, and more balanced. I experienced it myself, too.

And that’s when Birdie was born.

I personally use these medications, and I have several tried-and-true favorites. But I also realize that injections aren’t always practical. As a nurse, I’m comfortable with needles, but even I don’t love poking myself.
