Some of our services (Pellet hormone injections, IV infusions, intramuscular vitamin injections, aesthetic treatments) are only offered in the clinic. For everything else, feel free to choose what works best for your lifestyle- Some people prefer the ease of online ordering and others prefer an in-person experience.

Birdie online store and Birdie clinic use different EHR systems to store your data. For example, if you originally ordered online and later visit the Birdie clinic for in-person services, your information doesn’t transfer and will need to be completed again.

No, NAD+ IV infusions involve a higher risk of side effects such as flushing, chest pain, and nausea. We’ve found these risks are greatly minimized with smaller, more frequent doses, while maintaining the benefits of NAD+. That’s why we offer NAD+ sublingual tabs, nasal spray, and injections (online).
